  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota: Telehealth/Telemedicine is a covered service for all members (card must have Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, 4510 13th Ave S, Fargo, ND 58121)
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota:  Telehealth/Telemedicine consultations are subject to the terms of the member’s contract and may not be covered under the members health plan. Please contact our billing department at 701-212-5151 to see if this is a covered service under your plan.
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (Out of State Insurance Plans):  Telehealth/Telemedicine consultations are subject to the terms of the member’s contract and may not be covered under the members health plan.   • Sanford:  Telehealth/Telemedicine is a covered service for all members
  • Health Partners:  Telehealth/Telemedicine is a covered service for all members
  • ND Medicaid:  Telehealth/Telemedicine is a covered service for all members
  • United Health Care:  Telehealth/Telemedicine is a covered service for all members through June 18, 2020
  • Humana:  Telehealth/Telemedicine is a covered service for all members
  • MN Medicaid:  Telehealth/Telemedicine is a covered service for all members
  • Medicare:   Telehealth/Telemedicine is a covered service for all members
  • Medicare Advantage Plans: Telehealth/Telemedicine is a covered service for all members
  • TriWest VA Community of Care:  Telehealth/Telemedicine is a covered service for all members, if the provider has a valid authorization/referral on file
  • Tricare West Region:  Telehealth/Telemedicine is a covered service for all members, if the provider has a valid authorization/referral on file
  • Prime West:  Telehealth/Telemedicine is a covered service for all members
