What Skin Concerns Can Facial Treatments Address?
Facials can address specific skin concerns, and the type of facial that is right for you will depend on the concerns you’re struggling with. Generally, facial treatments can help with acne-prone skin, remove dead skin cells from the skin’s surface, improve your skin tone and skin texture, remove peach fuzz, clean out congested pores, and provide a brighter complexion and more radiant skin.
Facial treatments can also boost collagen production to reduce visible signs of aging, like wrinkles, for a more youthful appearance. The facial treatments we offer can also work on a variety of skin types, including sensitive skin.
When you come in for your consultation, our skin specialists will help you discover the right skin treatment for you to help provide long-term skin health.
What Does a Facial Treatment at Fargo Center for Dermatology Include?
What to expect during your facial treatment depends on the type of facial you’re having done. A chemical peel will offer a more intensive process (especially a deep chemical peel) compared to the gentle exfoliation of microdermabrasion or dermaplaning. That said, most treatments don’t take longer than 45 minutes. Post-treatment, you will likely be able to go back to most of your normal activities immediately.
These treatments can also be combined with LED light therapy and other aesthetic options for a more comprehensive skin care regimen.
