✨Meet Gretchen Peters, DNP, APRN, FNP-C✨
Originally from Fargo, ND, Gretchen earned dual degrees in Business Management and Nursing from NDSU in 2014. She began her career in critical care, working in the ICU, ICC, and CICU, before transitioning to rheumatology—where she spent five years and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice, also from NDSU, in 2020. It was during this time she discovered her passion for skin health, completing her doctoral dissertation on skin cancer screening and prevention.

Most recently, Gretchen has served as an Aesthetic NP and Managing Clinical Director, combining her clinical expertise with a deep love for helping people feel beautiful in their own skin. With a lifelong love for medical aesthetics and dermatology, Gretchen is passionate about helping others feel confident, radiant, and truly themselves.

✨Meet Leah Wolden, DNP✨

Leah is a board-certified nurse practitioner and a proud West Fargo native with over a decade of experience in the healthcare field. She began her career as a nursing assistant before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from North Dakota State University. After nearly six years of practicing as a registered nurse in specialties such as obstetrics/gynecology and dermatology, Leah advanced her education, earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from NDSU. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Leah is deeply committed to delivering personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Her passion for dermatology comes from the belief that healthy skin isn’t just about appearance—it’s an essential reflection of overall well-being. Whether treating common skin conditions or rare diseases, she is inspired by the powerful, life-changing impact good dermatological care can have.

What Leah values most about her work is the chance to build meaningful relationships with my patients. She focuses heavily on fostering open communication, active listening, and empathy to ensure they feel truly heard and understood.
