Shelly is a board-certified physician assistant and has her license from the North Dakota Board of Medical Practice. Shelly earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of North Dakota: School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Shelly is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Shelly lives in Fargo with her husband and three children.
